What is Zen’s shipping policy?
Please allow 3-5 business days for USPS First Class shipping.
We aim to ship out all online orders within 1-2 business days. Orders that pay $9.99 receive USPS Priority Shipping. ALL SPECIAL REQUESTS must be in compliance with USPS (https://www.usps.com/) For example we CANNOT “Put package under your Patio chair or ring the doorbell or instruct the Post Office delivery person on how to deliver your package.”
Because we 100% hand assemble all of our products and only use the highest quality, each item does take time. Depending on when the online order is made and the amount of supplies available, some orders are delayed in shipping; Zen’s Tea House products are not waiting on the shelves for online orders.

Please allow 10 business days for us to process reimbursements. You are able to exchange your tea at our shop or any of our Farmers Market locations for any tea of equal or lesser value, no questions asked. If your order was online please allow up to additional 30 business days to refund your card electronically (due to COVID-19).
Is Zen’s Tea House 100% Organic?

What if my online order does not arrive?
Please email us to receive your tracking number; we currently do not have the technology to automatically upload a tracking code. If you tracking number shows your order was delivered then we will contact the United States Postal Service.
Policy regarding third party delivery?
We allow customers to order online for third parties and usually ship Priority Shipping USPS within 1-2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the package to arrive. We request that if you are calling on behalf of the third party to please provide us the third party’s contact info so that we can ensure delivery. We CANNOT ensure delivery unless we have the contact information of the third party.
